The shop expands across Chicagoland — Lincoln Park, Bolingbrook, Tinley Park, Wicker Park and Chicago Ridge all join the family.

The catering business grows and franchise expansion kicks off — bringing bubble waffles to new cities and states.
Eleven locations open across the map — from Chicagoland to Lewisville, TX, Metairie, LA, East Lansing, MI and Fishers, IN. Coming soon in Pleasant Hill, CA and Knoxville, TN.
